Evidence-Informed Nutrition for Complex Chronic Conditions

I specialize in personalized nutrition support for individuals with complex chronic and multisystem conditions. My work focuses on helping patients navigate overlapping symptoms, food reactions, gastrointestinal dysfunction, dysautonomia, connective tissue disorders, autoimmune conditions, and chronic inflammatory patterns that are often difficult to untangle within traditional care models. As a Clinical Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN), I take an individualized, systems-based approach that considers the full picture rather than isolated symptoms alone. I work collaboratively with patients to identify patterns, reduce overwhelm, improve nutritional tolerance, and develop practical strategies that fit real life. I frequently work with individuals experiencing conditions such as Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), POTS and dysautonomia, alpha-gal syndrome, gastrointestinal disorders, complex food sensitivities, and autoimmune overlap conditions. I also support individuals navigating chronic vulvar, bladder, and pelvic pain conditions that may overlap with autoimmune, mast cell, gastrointestinal, or connective tissue disorders. Additionally, I provide neurodivergent-friendly nutrition support with an emphasis on flexibility, clarity, and sustainable change. My background includes advanced graduate training in clinical nutrition and public health, with doctoral training focused on evidence-informed approaches to complex chronic illness. I am an approved CNS Supervisor with BCNS.
